Jeff Bell and his team are absolutely fantastic in all aspects. They were able to get us a great rate even though the rates were growing by day. They were very responsive and clear in answering all questions and very nice to talk to in general. And they went extra steps wherever necessary to close the deal. My wife and I cannot thank them enough as they literally converted an impossible task to a smooth, straightforward, and comfortable process.

We were looking to take advantage of the dropping interest rates for a mortgage refinance and Eddie was fantastic to do business with. He listened to what we were looking for regarding rates and closing costs and kept his eye on the market until the right opportunity was there. There were weeks when interest rates were doing the opposite of what the market would dictate but he was patient and never tried to close us fast on something that didn't make sense. Eventually the right opportunity came along and we locked a great rate with a very short pay back period. I am extremely happy with our refinance and would absolutely work with Eddie and his team again.
